In the name of God, the most gracious, the most merciful
Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. He created us to worship Him and commanded us to believe in His Oneness and obey Him. He is independent of us, and we are the ones in need. “I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me. I do not want from them any provision, nor do I want them to feed Me. Indeed, it is Allah who is the Provider, the Possessor of strength, the Sturdy.” 1 And He sent His Messengers calling to monotheism and sincerity in religion. “And We did not send before you any messenger except that We revealed to him, ‘There is no deity except Me, so worship Me.’” 2
I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alone, without partner, even if the polytheists hate it. I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger to all mankind. May God’s prayers and peace be upon him, his family, and his companions who migrated, struggled, and were patient, and those who gave refuge and aided, and may He grant them peace in abundance until the Day of Judgment.
Now then:
Since clarifying the correct belief and calling to it is the most important matter and the most urgent of duties, because it is the foundation upon which the correctness and acceptance of deeds are built, the concern of the Messengers, may God’s prayers and peace be upon them, and the concern of their followers was to correct the belief first and foremost from what contradicts it or detracts from it. This aspect was given a share in the chapters and verses of the Qur’an. 1 Surah Adh-Dhariyat, verses: 56-58.
2 Surah Al-Anbiya, verse: 25.

The most abundant, and his share of the Prophet’s call and his concern was the largest share; he stayed in Mecca for thirteen years calling for monotheism and reforming the faith, and when God opened Mecca to him, the first thing he did was demolish and eliminate the idols, and command that worship be sincerely for God alone, with no partner for Him.
The scholars of this nation have devoted a great deal of their efforts, struggle, teaching, and writing to this aspect, to the point that books of faith have occupied a large portion of the Islamic library and have become the foremost among its contents.
I wanted to contribute my little effort to this noble work, so I wrote these words that I present to the reader. They do not bring anything new, but rather they are an approximation of some information, and they may link this information to the reality of people today and their practices, so that its ruling may become clear, and the error of those who practice these practices may be revealed, so that they may return, and as advice to others to beware.
These words were taken from the books of the imams of religion and Muslim scholars, such as the books of Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, his student Ibn al-Qayyim, his student al-Hafiz Ibn Kathir, and from the books of Sheikh al-Islam Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahhab and his students, the imams of the reformist call (especially the book Fath al-Majid).
I do not claim to have come up with anything new, but I hope to have brought some information closer and connected it to people's reality whenever an appropriate opportunity arose.
The origin of this book was episodes broadcast on the Holy Quran Radio in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and I did not intend for it to be published in a book except by the decree of God - Glory be to Him - and then some of the honorable brothers suggested that I collect them, organize them, and publish them in a book so that their benefit will remain, God willing, and I hope that there will be good in that, and that it will be

A contribution - even if small - in the field of calling to Allah - Glory be to Him, at a time when the correct method of calling to Allah is unknown, and many preachers are concerned with small aspects that are neither fattening nor satiating without the belief, and they neglect the aspect of belief, while they see people involved in the greater polytheism around shrines and sanctuaries, and involved in innovations and superstitions, and they see the preachers of misguidance have taken control of many of the ignorant and the common people, and led them to sites of destruction and misguidance, and taken them as their slaves who dispose of their minds and money, and rule over them with falsehood and in the name of knowledge and guardianship.
Unfortunately, many preachers today do not care about the aspect of faith and its reform. In fact, some of them may say: Leave people with their beliefs and do not interfere with them. Unite and do not separate... Let us unite on what we agree upon, and let us excuse each other for what we differ upon... or similar phrases that contradict the words of God Almighty: {But if you disagree over anything, refer it to God and the Messenger, if you should believe in God and the Last Day. That is the best and most suitable outcome.} 1
There is no unity or strength except by returning to the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger, and abandoning that which contradicts them, especially in matters of belief, which are the foundation. Allah the Almighty said: “And hold fast, all together, to the rope of Allah, and do not be divided.” 2 And the last of this nation will not be reformed except by what reformed its first. And Allah is the Grantor of success and the Guide to the straight path.
May God bless and grant peace to our Prophet Muhammad, his family and companions.
