It was among his eminence's directives to his students that they should focus on studying the jurisprudential principles and maxims that would help them in deduction, inferring rulings, and meticulous consideration of issues. His eminence carefully corrected the copies of the book that were with his students during the lessons, and recorded his corrections on his own copy.
