Sakakaibashi Mii: Born in 1989 in Aichi Prefecture, he graduated from Nagoya University. His story "Fifteen Seconds" won the Excellence Award in the "Mysteries!" Competition for Discovering New Japanese Mystery Talents and was published in the Japan Mystery Writers Association Yearbook. He began his literary career in 2021 with his short story collection "You'll Die in Fifteen Seconds." Sakakaibashi is known for his eccentric ideas and clever narrative structure.
He is considered one of the most prominent emerging voices in Japanese suspense and thriller literature. He has also published "The Death Court by Fire and Poison."
