xHashem Al-Hashem, an Iraqi with German citizenship, left his home country Iraq years ago and settled in Germany with his uncle. After a while, he left the family business and started his own business. Today, Hashem is in his forties, and he hasn't changed much since he was fifteen years ago. However, time has left its marks on his body, such as the loss of movement in one of the fingers of his left hand after he was shot in the hand. His hair has changed from black to gray after white streaks invaded his scalp, and his hair has become predominantly gray while retaining its thickness. He also has some marks from direct confrontations with his rivals. Some of his opponents have left their marks on his face and various other parts of his body, and the years have failed to erase those scars from his body or his memory.

xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 4 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply send Email or contact us via WhatsApp number. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
