In this part, we begin to enumerate the approaches that will help you transform your organization for the better. And in Part 4, we look to the future and address ways you can plan for future prospects, ensure your organization is ethical, and ensure that talent is present in the organization to guarantee the sustainability of the transformation you have created. Finally, we will summarize what we have learned into a number of principles and a framework for analyzing and looking at digital technologies. The second way to read this book is to immerse yourself in the most relevant sections as you encounter these issues in your work.
