x One cold night, Marwan Al Abed decides to leave Berlin for good, leaving behind his job, his wife, and his entire life. He leaves everything behind except his gray cat, which becomes even more attached to him during lonely hours. In Tunis, he decides to complete his mother's family's miraculous project, opening his apartment overlooking Habib Bourguiba Avenue to provide a restful night's sleep to his city's insomniacs.
The novel's events are no less bizarre than this project, which Marwan announces while roaming the city streets naked, caught on camera by passersby. In the dark room, heads surrender to sleep, and their fears and dark secrets surface.
Strange creatures sometimes appear to relieve the loneliness of the novel's heroes, or perhaps to speak the language of their madness, such as Mr. Grey, Bora, and Riven... The novel's heroes are similar despite all their differences. They are a product of their past, and confusion is the only constant as they try to pave the way for their salvation. The story begins when the narrator meets a young woman in an English airport. The story is mostly told by the hero who confuses the face of the young woman with her mother's, Wafaa, as the latter was his former lover. The face of the young woman reminds him of her mother's, and her memory takes him back to the years they spent together in Copper Avenue, in the closed rooms they hid in to love each other, dream, and engage in heated debates...

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 4 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply send Email or contact us via WhatsApp number. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
