xيأخذ فيكّر في أيامه التي كانت تتبعه، رتيبة، مملّة. مزيج، يستمع إلى الموسيقى، تويوتا تي في، إلّا أنّ هذه الأشياء لم تحلّ محلّ إنسان حيّ. إنسان يكلّمه، يوافقه أو يخالفه، إنسان يصوته الصمت المطبق حوله، يشعره أنه إنسان وليس أثاث قطعة لا حياة فيها ولا تشتاق إلى حياة.فجأة خطر له: لماذا لا يسأل عنها رفقاءهما القدامى؟ ولكن، إذا عثرت عليها فستكون هي مستعدة لمقابلته بعد هذه السنين بكليتها؟ ألم تكن تقول لكلمة إنسان علاقة بالسيان؟ لم ينساها، إلّا أنه تناساها بعد ما حصل، وهذا أفظع. المرء لا يصرح باستمرار عمّا ينساه، قد يكون للنسيان لعدة أسباب سواء وعاها الرجل أم لا. وبعد التناسي فيكون بملء إرادته ووعيه. وخزته ماضيه، وخزه ضميره. بدأ يتفكر في أيامه التي كانت متتالية، فارغة، متكررة، مملة. كان يقرأ ويستمع إلى الموسيقى ويشاهد التلفاز، لكن لا شيء من هذا كان ليحل محل وجود إنسان حي آخر. شخص يتحدث إليه، ويتفق معه أو يختلف معه، شخص يستطيع صوته أن يخترق الصمت المطبق الذي يلفه. ، مما يجعله يشعر بأنه إنسان وليس مجرد كائن جامد، خالي من الحياة، ويتوق إلى الشعور بالحيوية.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
